Having the cameras makes it very visible of just how difficult of a job childcare can be. It has given me a whole new appreciation for these workers and all they endure. Spending the day with a room filled with small children would sound easy to most. And clearly it is not. Nor is the job suitable for any and all. It takes some really unique, patient and talented people to poses the correct skills to work so close with small children. And Kiddie Academy Longwood is lucky to have some of this talent within their facility. ”

This is a play based learning which means it is not super structure if that is what you are looking for. However, kids have the rest of their lives to be structured let them play now. They are still learning. ”
