Brittany Welch

Director

With over 18 years of dedicated service in early childhood education, Brittany Welch is a seasoned professional whose passion for fostering young minds has been the cornerstone of her career. Beginning her journey as a preschool teacher, Brittany's unwavering commitment and innate ability to connect with children and families propelled her into administrative roles within the childcare sector. Driven by a deep-seated desire to cultivate a sense of community within the field, Brittany holds an Associate of Arts in Elementary Education, providing her with a solid foundation to enrich the lives of young learners. Her leadership extends beyond the classroom as she has served as the President of both the Future Teachers of America and the Future Educators of America, championing the next generation of educators. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Brittany's resilience and leadership shone through as she assumed the role of EPCC Program Director, ensuring the continuity of education and support for students and families amidst unprecedented challenges. Brittany's commitment to excellence shines through in her notable achievements, such as spearheading the successful launch of new programs across multiple early learning centers and securing NECPA Accreditation for numerous sites. As an active participant in the HCC Apprenticeship Committee and TIPPS, Brittany continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the landscape of education and professional development. With a steadfast commitment to creating nurturing learning environments and fostering meaningful relationships, Brittany Welch continues to make a profound impact on the lives of children, families, and educators alike.

Bree-Ahna Jasper

Assistant Director

Bree has worked in childcare for over 12 years. She has worked with all age groups and feels Kiddie Academy has an obligation to provide the most enriching, comforting, fun environment to facilitate learning and that is her goal every day. As the assistant director, she strives to build a close bond with each family and child in her care. She finds working at Kiddie Academy incredibly rewarding.
